How come the graphics sections on wiichat are as good as dead?

I just got Coral PaintShopPro X2 and Jasc Animation Shop 3.

I used to create banners, Sigs, blinkies and more for a friends Harry Potter message board community.

I'm a little rusty but thought I could get back into the swing of things here, but I guess not...
