Cannot display webpage?

Hey,
I just posted on a thread just about 5 minutes ago and then the browser said it couldnt display the page?
I don't know if this was just me or it happened to everyone else aswell.
It was only a temporarily problem.

Uh if the site was down, It wouldn't tell you anything.
