Sorry for butting into to your "Which Pokemon would kill you if you tried to hug it " conversation. But, Snorlax would be a good candidate.. That is if he were asleep, because if he would be awake he'd try to eat you or squeeze you to death.

I think pretty much every pokemon is huggable... Their design was for cuteness rather than deadliness.
That being said I think hugging a Koffing or Weezing would be out of the question, just for gross-factor.
Or maybe Mankee, for "tear your face of and eat it" factor.
Most hugged pokemon for me would definitely be Pichu.
