Donkey kong 64

I was wondering when will donkey kong 64 be released for the Wii in Virtual console?

"Bloody unlikely as its owned by Rare and Rare belongs to Microsoft"

But hasn't Rare given Nintendo permission for them to be allow to put Donkey kong 64?

Doesn't matter, Donkey Kong is Nintendo's Character. And Nintendo can force rare to give them the rights if they wanted to. microsoft can't stop donkey kong 64 from going to the VC.

this is another reason why I hate microsoft and bill gates. he makes nothing but trash!
