How the hell do I use a potion in Final Fantasy 12??

I can't figure it out :sick:

Press X... Go to item... Press X on potion... Pick a player to use it on... Press X again... aaaaand there you go

Yeah, that's what I figured when I was playing...but it didn't work. Eh, I might have to just keep messing around till I figure it out.
