I was under the assumpiton that after I passed the garden that I could use the Red Star Mario in some of the levels is that possible? Not just in the observatory.
I don't beleive you can. Although you can use the red stars to fly around the Garden and Observetary.apermario: It would have been fun to fly around in levels though!
