Goldeneye on Wii U

Anybody know if you can play Goldeneye on the Wii U? I know that some consoles are reverse compatible. I was just wondering if the enhanced capabilities of the Wii U eliminated some of the GE issues like host lag, etc.

Yes you can play on the WiiU.... I have The hosting seems no different tbh though

99% of any game's problems are within the programming of said game as opposed to the system it's bein' played on. So sadly no, playin' GE on the Wii U ain't gonna kill off any problems. Same (lack of) servers, same glitchy programmin'.

And just for the sake of mentionin', the Wii U literally has the Wii's OS on it for the backwards compatibility 'n such. So even if any problems with a game were caused by the Wii's programming itself, they'd all be retained while playin' on the Wii U. =/
