Is my Wii busted

I just got my new Wii, and the menu screen bounces terribly. i thinks it's the system...any thoughts? and yes my cables are hooked up correctly-yellow video cable in yellow video input

had same problem for a while, it's most likely your TV, it was my TV's fault....

didn't I just say, lol maybe I wasn't clear enough, It's the TV's fault, Try buying a new TV, if IT still doesn't work return the TV you bought get your money back and get a new Wii.
