Joystick sensor too?

I had a quick gander at the topics in this thread, couldn't seek the answers though.

Now most of us know the Wii-mote itself is equipped with motion sensors, but I've also heard some denied and approved rumors of the Joystick/nunchuck add-on having a montion sensor too.

Is this true? Or is someone pulling a fast prank?

yup, nunchuck has motion sensing, its not a pointer tho.
