Long Hospital Stay & Wii WiFi connection

The Wii finds the correct Access Point but fails the connection test. My laptop connects fine. I do have to accept a user agreement when going online with my laptop, but seriously with the Wii's portability, there must be some way to connect???

Desperately in need of help, I've already been in the hospital for nearly two weeks and am looking at the potential for another 6-8 here!

I actually want to connect to watch netflix. My laptop sucks, is old and slow, doesn't work well for much other than email, facebook and a bit of pogo games.

if you can convince hospital staff to fool around with their internet settings, go to nintendo's “wii” website to look up your error code. most likely the hospital is using settings that the wii doesn't like...
