hey i was wandering if any of u guys could train my riolu for me, he is at level 27 and still has not evolved into lucario, or i could trade a pp up for lucario

Lucario rules. My Lucario evolved at about LV36 I had to go back to the move tutor to teach him Bone Rush now he's at LV38 and knows Aura Sphere. (I was never going to have a Lucario that doesn't know Aura Sphere.)
