mario party 8 already out???

so i was at my ebgames today and they had empty cases of mario party 8. It appeared to be the finished box, with a price tag on it. knowing how they put out soon to be released game boxes, i asked when the game was coming out. the lady said its out already but they're sold out. I asked if she was sure that she was thinking of the right game. she said yes. i told her it wasn't supposed to be released until may, and she said she never heard that. she said it came out a couple days ago.

Now, have i missed something, or have we all?

thats what i figured. but the boxes were there, and she seemed so sure. i don't believe its out, but why would she say that? maybe i'll call back tomorrow.

Maybe she told you they had them so you would keep coming back to that store, and maybe buy some other things if your there... but its definately not out yet... I think the woman was probably bs'in you

I'm pretty sure ebgames and gamestop sell their preorders like that. I know that at least a while before the game comes out, the rating is listed as RP; that's one way to tell for sure.
