The junk food because of all the HFCS will actually block protein transport and prevent you from gaining lean muscle mass. You need to eat food that fires up your metabolism properly.

Case in point - I got carded for beer our last trip to Universal - I'm *twice* the legal drinking age - but we eat healthy.

I don't lift or run, i run during gym but not very much

i would lift but there is something wrong with my wrist i think its begining to be carpal tunnel like if i curl it kills.

I was big boy flexin in that pic lol i am not THAT cut but i am slim/tone.

I have a VEEEERY high metabolism lol, and i do occasionally do sit ups

I also go on like hour long bike rides which is tough considering i have a freestyle bike...and it sucks for fast riding unless i just want quick acceleration because my Gear is huge on my bike lol

^High metabolism here, too.

The only problem is that I desperately need to gain weight. Sometimes I just think that god is up there laughing at me trying to defy him :lol:

1. I suppose you could call me that. I'm training right now, but I'm becoming less and less certain that I want to do it. I had once been sure that it would be my future, but now I'm looking into olympic weightlifting, while still remaining a wrestling fan, of course :wink:
