Sony in brawl?

If you look closely above the star you will see a monkey which looks exactly like the monkey in ape escape, which is only licensed to Sony. Ape Escape is not in any of nintendo's games. So the question is, Is Nintendo stealing from Sony? But it also might just be a little joke that Nintendo did because also if you look on the second page of the sticker book, it shows a real life dog (mabey a nintendog although im not sure) that might just be from the photo channel, and the ape might be from the photo channel too but its very unlikely.

It could also be from Super Monkey Banana Blitz....

It could be from Donkey Kong! I think you get that Monkey Picture when you beat Donkey Kong or something.

It does not look anything like the apes on the boxart!

I know it is not from a Super Monkey Ball Game...

My only guess is that it is from DK, though the design of this monkey is way different then DK and Diddy

Metal Gear Solid 4 Is. It's An Exclusive For The Sony Playstation 3, but Snake is Confirmed on Brawl Already.

maybe the boomerang ape from twilight princess, i'm guessing it doesn't matter, i highly doubt ubisoft would have a character for brawl

pikachu, that dosn't mean it's licensed to sony, it's jsut a game appearing on a sony product, if konami wanted to kill the game down a bit, i'm sure they'll be able to release it on 360 or wii

Guys it dose not have to look EXACTLY like the one in ape escape. If you look at both of them they do look similar in a way. =]
