I don't think there is a confirmed release date. I would expect no later than summer 2007, but I guess it could be winter.

i dont think that it is i think mario galaxy comes out in the spring and brawl is out in the summer.

There is no solid release date. The earliest I've seen is the 1st of June, but there's no way to really know when it's coming out. We just have to wait.
