Neither could I, at first. But hell, bacon is bacon, the godliest of meats. I heard Zeus became so strong from eating bacon, and bacon only as he grew up...

I prefer my bacon crispy; not to the point of burned, still moist. A bit of tenderness should remain, not too much chewiness. While I don't like burnt-crispy bacon, I'll gladly eat it. If it's not canadian bacon, I'll devour it. :lol:
