Wii Brick (Really Bad)

Hey Guys,

So recently I installed the hombrew channel on my wii,
and installed a theme called Luigi Theme 4.x on a program called mymenuify or something,
and when I returned to the Wii Menu there was a screen showing green and pink stripes.
Also it doesnt let me access priiloader or bootmii.
So can anyone please help me out and tell me what this screen means or how I can fix it?

Was your wii menu 4.3 and did you install the theme as 4.3? I've personally never experienced this problem.
