Wii internet connection

Hi i'm new to the Wii chat.

I was hoping someone could give me some advice to connecting my new Wii to the internet.

I have a wireless router, however i have never used it as a wireless connection. What additional accessory do i need to get my wii on line. Is it a dongle that i have heard bounded about?

help would be really appreciated.

The Wii has built-in WiFi, so you don't need anything else. The manual tells you what you need to know for the Wii's setup. You may need to change some router settings in case the wireless isn't enabled or secure.
