wii internet & wii menu

does anyone use or used the internet on the wii. also what things do you have on your wii menu other than the things that come with the wii before you download anything

Never have, never will. I'd rather navigate the web on my PC for a multitude of reasons.

As for channels, I've some Virtual Console games and Homebrew. Been awhile since I've used either.
