How do i Start the Wii Parade? i can't find the manual so i can't look it up.

There should be a manual in the Wii's box. If you don't have access to the box, then go onto Nintendo's website.
For the Mii Parade, you'll need to add friends to your address book then tell them to put Miis they make on 'Mingle.' Eventually they will appear on your Mii Parade.
