Wii Rock Band Compatibile with Wii Band Hero ?

Just purchased the Wii Rock Band instrument set and game but I want to know if I can use the rock band instruments with the Band Hero game?

Both franchises are developed by different companies.

Or am I messing up something?

Thanks guys the Rockband Compatibility site provided the answer to my questions. Basically, the Rockband guitar and drums are not compatible with the band hero or guitar hero games.
