Will PES 08 be online?

Any news of this. If not, they will most probably lose a lot of sales as the most fun with it is playing against others.

Also, I'm thinking of getting Madden 08 but is online play empty due to American Football not being popular in the Uk?

Its what they call the Winning Eleven games in Europe.

I would guess that it will feature online play because Fifa already does and they will want to outdo it.

You got that right, this game will blow FIFA out of the water. EA decided to make a half-ass game this year so its PES/WE time to shine. I also saw the video and the gameplay looks like nothing I've seen plus the graphics are pretty good for Wii. Can't wait.
