Am I fit to buy the Wifi usb internet adapter?

Well, a Wireless router is a wireless router. Just make sure the box says "802.11 b/g". b and g are the standards and there really aren't many that are NOT b or g or both. "802.11 b/g/a" is fine too. In fact...i think all types are supported by the Wii. So really, no worries.

Just find an associate and say "Hey, I need to connect my Wii to the internet. I need a wireless router as cheap as possible." and they will show you one.
