Like Home Alone, Last Action Hero, etc. Would Nintendo have to pay royalties?
I used to love the NES Home Alone.

I would expect that they are... I'm not sure but that really sucks if they won't be on there. There's a couple real solid movie games too.

Awww Duck Tales was so great... well they're not paying royalties for the Turtles game as I know of... well most movie games aren't from the big N (usually Capcom or something)... I think they pay the royalties.

Wooooo Street fighter the movie the game

Let's hope so, a few of the worst NES games ever were based off movies (back to the future, back to the future 2 & 3, wayne's world)

Some things never change. There are good games based off of movies, now?
;)

Doubtful that they're off limits but they'll all require Nintendo to obtain rights from whoever owns a particular license, which means games will end up costing more (ex: NES TMNT cost 600 points). So who knows what we'll see and when we'll see it.
