Are you going to play fair in Event Mode?

I've seen a lot of videos of people playing through the Event Mode in SSBB with an uncontrolled ally as player 2. If their original character died, they have another chance with the player 2. Even if the Event is really hard, I'm not going to cheat and use Player 2.

I will play through event mode until I've beaten it. I refuse to cheat..oh and what happens if the CPU character your facing kill the idle P2? Then what?

There are both single player and multiplayer events...so you could pull that off and beat all the multiplayer ones, but the single player would remain to be cleared.
