AWSOME ideas for implementing a harddrive

People who are turned off by having a brick next to their wii have suggested replacing the plastic stand with a hardware stand.

I agree, this would be a really cool way of hooking the Wii up with a hard drive. I would really like this. I could then just use it as my complete home entertainment system along with the DVD player and surround sound.

I am sure we will see all sorts of crazy plastic case setups once USB hard-drive support is finally added, and if they don't, expect to see several mods in the short future afterwards.
