Best Movie Of All Time.

Gladiator, it's one of the best movies ever. If only people can make more movies like it. It had everything from sadness, to ass-kicking, to lying and backstabbing. I still watch it every time it comes on. Amazing.

I guess it's all down to personal opinion, but there are some terrible movies in this thread that really shouldn't be anywhere near a 'best of all time' list.

A lot of people would probably say The Dark Knight now.

I'd probably pick The Godfather as the greatest movie overall.

Star Wars is my favorite movie though and undoubtably the most influential in modern times.

 

[Syntax]

- Anchorman (Will Ferrel, that is all)
- Batman Begins / The Dark Knight (Christian Bale really sells the role and the late Heath Ledger by far has been the best joker)
- Cast Away (great acting on Tom Hanks part)

Animated Movies:

- Toy Story - Childhood memories...
- Superman: Doomsday
- The Simpsons Movie - very well done

Not me. It's a good film, but hardly "best film ever". My personal favourites are:
-Oldboy
-Memento
-The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
-Ran
