Best Multiplayer VC games?

ME and a friend wanna play some good old fun co-op/exciting 2 player games. SNES was the best for that.

oddly enough, I have the wii up at college and there's no single game that gets people more excited to sit and watch and play together than Mario 3, it just can't be beaten. If you wanna play at the same time, Contra 3 is also pretty badass.
