I hope I can help some of you
If you have a WI-FI connection and you just bought Black ops it's possible that it won't connect to internet.
So,
You need to make a new account with a random name.
You try to connect with this profile normally you're wii is going to say that you need to download something and I think it's about 72 blocks.
If you have no free space move some blocks to your SD-card.
Make connection with you're random profile and download.
When the download is ready, You can connect with you're first account.
