Does anyone know if it is possible to un-register voters on the Everybody Votes Channel?

Also,can someone tell me some info about the “Check Mii Out” channel?

Why would you want to unregister voters, if I may ask?

EDIT: The "check mii out channel" will allow you to show off your artistic ability as a mii creator, also, contests will challenge you to create the best likeness of a celebrity. Although I think they may have to update the Mii Creator a bit...

It launches this year. Not too interesting in my opinion.
