well i think its not cheating shortcuts are there because well they are shortcuts and or another way of putting it a bit of help when stuck
its not cheating and glitch wise ive never noticed glitches in my games apart from on nfs most wanted but thats gc version

It's technically not cheating. The glitch was already into the game, so you can do the Shortcuts without codes.
