Could you give me some advice about this super rare Mario comic? =)

This comic, Super Mario Adventures, is super rare and awesome and I really want one. My friend bought a mint one on E-Bay for $300, but there are two selling on Amazon right now, which one do you think I should buy? The super expensive one looks like it is in better condition, but is that price absurd or no? The other one looks like a REALLY good deal. =O
