Creating Lag

There isn't any way to actually create lag in game, is there?

Today, I play the same guy in two different sets. First set, he sweeps with 2 wins - no lag at all. Second set, paired up again, no lag in the first match - which I win. After that, it was nearly frame by frame and he wins the final two.

Was I just unlucky?

yes it is possible to intentionally lag

thats right you can lag intentionally, I face some guys that auto-lag in order to win a game... the only doubt i have is why only afects my game or is just becuase the other player is use to it?
