Do I still need a sensor bar?

I have searched high and low for an answer to this... My cat chewed though my first sensor bar cord. Batteries leaked in my Nyko wireless. And I am running out of candles. If I add a MotionPlus accessory (or replace my Wiimotes with the new Motion Plus ones) will it do away with the need for a sensor bar? Or hasn't Nintendo figured out how much of a pain in the @$$ that stupid little thing is? Thanks!

If you use the wiimote you will need the sensor bar,

I use the classic control pad for black ops and although I have a sensor bar it doesn't need connecting.....
