Trust me don't mod if you plan on buying newer games for the wii, since if you do mod there is a chance it wont be able to go online and acutally may not even play the games or save

Gah, all 3 links have the exact same comment, and none of them say anything about what you just said. All it says that it is illegal, and there is a chance of your wii breaking and being unfixable. Well, that risk will always be there as long as you open the system... you could break off a piece of the motherboard at any time =/

i'm not sold. Until i read something about not being to save, or the wii's locking up or anything with newer games, I'm still going to consider it =S

Buy a cheap modchip when there's a good deal going on it. Just crack your case with a hammer, pry with a spoon, and glue that chip in there. Then you just duct tape it shut and burn games on your computer.

Pretty cheap and easy to do.
