Getting a PS3,what are some games i Absolute must have?

What are some games i absolute must have.games that caught my eye were Crackdown,Splatterhouse, and Wolfenstien.
Games i want are Tekken 6,Marvel Vs.Capcom 3,Need for speed Hot Pursuit,Need for speed Shift,Bulletstorm,Transformers War For CybertronThe PS3 comes with Call of duty Black Ops. i absolutly getting Motorstorm,It's $5.00 at Gamestop at people say it's good. what else games do i need?
