Here's what you do. Add their email in your address book. Let them know that you did that so they can check their email. They'll have to reply to a confirmation email sent out by Nintendo. Then you wait a bit and you can send and receive mail from that person. Works with Wii to Wii, Wii to Email and Email to Wii as far as I know.
