sorry about this very n00b question, i am the exact opposite of my father, who is an electrical engineer while i on the other hand know nothing about electricity. he's in another country right now so i couldn't ask him.
i got handed down an australian wii, which was already softmodded to play US games. the adapter that came with it was 110v. all outlets in our house runs on 220v, so i decided to look for a new adapter. the one i saw in the mall says "ac100-245v", would that work without power bricking the thing?
