Hi cant send message on the wii

hi i save my sister wii on my system but i can send her message over the internet what is wrong?

She has to add you to her wii, and it takes like 5 minutes for a person who has added you to ungray in your book

Does she have you on HER Wii? You both have to have eachother on eachother's Wii's in order to communicate. And if you both are on eachother's, then their might be a problem unless you JUST added her because it takes a little time for the connection between the 2 Wii's to occur.
