how the hell do i connect my wii to a cable modem

Are you trying to use wireless or hard wired? I got my Wii today and now going wireless straight out of the box.

well you need the converter thing that goes into the usb port in the wii and the other end of the cord it a phone cord which will go in your modem, me i have a router.
