How to use channels

I just got my WII a couple hours ago and i am hooked up to the internet i can use the channels that are on there but how do i add new channels i cant seem 2 figure it out.... thx

you can also buy vc. but their not free. and never wil lbe prob

you should update your wii first.
too bad you didnt get your wii earlier you couldve gotten the internet channel for free =(
