i beat the whole game and it didnt save!!!!!1

i beat all the final bosses and it still sent me back to thw entrance to the TWILIGHT and didnt save any of it.......what the hell

It does so that you can do the final boss fight again, Zelda's always done that...I think.

yeah i wanted to do that with windwaker as well, so you could explore the place when everything was back to normal...
