I got Mario Kart DS but what now? I dunno if I'm that psyched about New Super Mario Bros. so I'm gonna rent it. I'm mainly in for games with a lot of replay. Or Zelda haha I knew I'd have to get one by the time Phantom Hourglass comes out. I'll get Pokemon Diamond or Pearl soon enough, maybe Animal Crossing, one of the Nintendogs for stupid fun... but I'm seeing weak reviews for Metroid Prime: Hunters  I wanna get Tetris DS and Clubhouse Games, too, for the multiplayer aspect.
So what else does a DS newb like me need to check out? One of the main reasons I got it is so I'd have a new system since my GameFly queue sucks right now. I had 12 games in my queue and the top 8 have been on short wait forever so I've just kept Ultimate Spider-Man for GC and Super Paper Mario until something opens... but I got impatient.

Oh I've already been playing online. I got one round of Mario Kart DS in already. And lost. But still fun.
I definitely plan on Pokemon no matter what but I'm gonna wait a little bit. Spider-Man 3 and MK Armageddon for Wii both come out soon and those will need my attention and money first haha I'll wait till a little slump in games or until the Pokemon Wii game comes out at the latest.
New Super Mario Bros. might not be a keeper for me. I like the Mario Bros. games, but I don't play them over again too much. I'm really big on replay and like I said my GameFly queue is really weak so if I get it from GameFly, I can just rent it as long as I want it. It's one of those games (like Super Paper Mario) where if I do wanna buy it, I can at least wait till it's priced lower.

My advice for DS games - Yoshi's Island for side on platform cutesyness, 42 All Time Classics for online gamery with a decent pictochatroom.....
