I dont think you can do anything with them outside of your region. Even if that was the case, we are talking 50 dollars, and I dont know how much time i would spend internationally trading them.
Sounds like you should get into currency trading......go for the pound/yen. Very volatile.
But if you're rocking a Japanese Wii, you can use them on the Jap VC (it's your only choice). In fact, they stretch a little further than the US points because the Jap VC is slightly cheaper for some reason...
