Lost licenses

Help - my 11 year old son is gutted because he has lost all his licences, friend lists and rankings - has anyone got any ideas how to restore them?

Questions..
Do you have another Wii?
Did your son accidentally pressed on Delete License or someting?
... Or probably your Wii's memory got ****ed up by a smack...
and.. nope, I don't think he can restore them.

Thanks for your reply. It seems that there has been some sort of memory fault and you are right - he has lost the works - poor little b.....r. He'd worked for 6 months to get all his licences and a world ranking.

There was a message came up - save data - return to home page and then everything just went!
