Need some help naming some games

Still no luck. Maybe I just dreamt I played a game like that lol. Because it doesn't look like a game like that exists. It probably doesn't have "ninja" in the title, that's probably why it's so hard to find.

lol... i was thinking that it prolly doesn't have ninja in the title of the game. i play mostly vintage games but nothing comes to mind for that
