New mii channel

I heard it was going to be called the "Mii Popularity Channel" or the "Mii Rating Channel". Was basically used for comparing Miis and voting on the best ones. Not that useful unless they make more customizations for Miis.

I was told we'll get more clothing, and other custom graphic options for our Mii people. When? Maybe with the Mii Popularity Channel? It wouldn't cost much memorywise to add in a few new hair styles.
