Why the Check Mii Out Channel is a complete sham

^True, there's an agreeement that says if you submit ur Mii's it's technicaly Nintendo's property.

i think it is a sham but cool and useful to.
reasons it is a sham.
1. you can download mii's and upload them again for a contest.
2. you can't find the mii's you uploaded without the entry code
3. not integrated with keyboard ability s. (i think its just dumb that Nintendo hasn't integrated keyboards into all of the channels because i sit down grab my wii mote and keyboard to realize i don't need it for what i am doing its just ridiculous.
4. you can only see top 50 at any given time unless you veiw the limited grab bag area.
5. you can't search for a mii (i tried this looking for a guy with fighting skills and comedy skills and it only came up with secret skills)
