Nintendo Replacing Buggie Zelda TP discs

So does this mean you send in your old Tp disc and they send you a new TP in shrink wrap and you return in to Walmart for a full refund

I thought this was connected to Wii connect and could receive updates?

Nope it was due to a glitch on the disc
