Ninty buys RPG dev Monolith Soft

Nikkei has recently announced that Nintendo has purchased the developer Monolith Soft from Japanese publisher Namco-Bandai. Monolith Soft will now be wholly owned by Nintendo Company Ltd.

So Monolith puts out games like Baten Kaitos, Xenosaga, and the upcoming Disaster: Day of Crisis for the Wii

This is great news for RPG fans, I will admit though i thought Xenogears was part of Monolith's productions but sadly no- it is a Square dev
